In the patterns drawn on her work, each line is laid down free-hand using a liquid sandblast resist. This method allows the patterns to evolve naturally and add an endless variety of detail to the workmanship. Cheryl is also very careful to select colors that are in tune with current trends. If you detect a lyrical quality to her work, Cheryl freely admits the influence of music on her creativity. She is a graduate of the outstanding Craft and Design School of Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario.
