All items are handmade. There may be small inclusions, or bubbles as is common in handblown glass work. These do not detract from the beauty or value of the piece. In almost every case the web site image is of the actual item you will receive. For some artists, where pieces are similar, we show only samples of the series. This will always be noted on the applicable page.

UPS shipping charges plus $2.95 packing and handling will be added to all orders. This minimal fee helps cover our costs and significant time required to pack these pieces for safe shipment to anywhere that UPS covers. Due to UPS fee structures, it very often saves shipping when you order two or more pieces that can be shipped in a single carton.

Returns for refund may be made by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receipt of shipment and initiating shipment back to Mirage Crystal Gallery within the next 3 days. Due to credit card processing costs, a 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item. The UPS tracking system is used to determine receipt date of shipment. We do not offer net terms or ship C.O.D.

Returns for store credit or exchange may be made within 30 days of invoice date. We ask you not to abuse this policy, however in case a piece does not work in your display the way you thought it would, we extend this offer to help you to feel comfortable ordering art on-line.

A Return Authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling Mirage Crystal Gallery (727) 895-1166. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.

All returns must be in original condition and packing and shipped via insured carrier within 3 days of receipt of the RA number.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.

Special Order items are not returnable .
